The General Assembly

Recalling the principles of the Charter of the United Nations，Consideringthat the restoration of the lawful rights of the people’s Republic of China isessential both for the protection of the Charter of the United Nations and forthe cause that the United Nations must serve under the Charter，

回顧聯(lián)合國(guó)憲章的原則，考慮到，恢復(fù)中華人民共和國(guó)的合法權(quán)利對(duì)于維護(hù)聯(lián)合國(guó)憲章和聯(lián)合國(guó)組織根據(jù)憲章所必須從事的事業(yè)都是必不可少的。

Recognizing that for the representatives of the Government of the people’sRepublic of China are the only lawful representatives of China to the UnitedNations and that the people’s Republic of China is one of the five permanentmembers of the Security Council，

承認(rèn)中華人民共和國(guó)政府的代表是中國(guó)在聯(lián)合國(guó)組織的唯一合法代表，中華人民共和國(guó)是安全理事會(huì)5個(gè)常任理事會(huì)之一。

Decides to restore all its rights to the people’s Republic of China and torecognizethe representatives of its Government as the only legitimaterepresentatives of China to the United Nations， and to expel forthwith therepresentatives of Chiang Kai-shek from the place which they unlawfully occupyat the United Nations and in all the organizations related to it.

決定：恢復(fù)中華人民共和國(guó)的一切權(quán)利，承認(rèn)它的政府的代表為中國(guó)在聯(lián)合國(guó)組織的唯一合法代表并立即把蔣介石的代表從它在聯(lián)合國(guó)組織及其所屬一切機(jī)構(gòu)中所非法占據(jù)的席位上驅(qū)逐出去。
